Every Merry Den order is packed and shipped with care. Here's what to expect once you've placed your order.
Delivery cost
We keep it simple: Standard Shipping is £6.99 per order, wherever you are. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 14 days. Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.
Christmas delivery
Because delivery can take up to 14 days, we recommend ordering early to make sure your gifts arrive in time. We'll publish our last order date for Christmas delivery here and email it to everyone on The Merry Den list.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
